Who We Are
Verde Contracting, founded in May 2022 by Brian, combines over 20 years of leadership experience in South Dakota corrections with a passion for quality craftsmanship. Specializing in light framing, siding, soffit, fascia, painting, finish carpentry, decks, remodels, additions, tile work, stone masonry, LVT flooring, and hardwood, we bring skill and attention to detail to every project. Our focus is on delivering reliable, on-time, and on-budget results, always exceeding client expectations with integrity and personalized service.

“I learned a lot from my dad, but thankfully I was adventurous enough to explore it on my own and started my own business.” After 20+ years in South Dakota corrections, Brian took a leap into construction, founding Verde Contracting in 2022. His journey is driven by a passion for craftsmanship, integrity, and building lasting relationships.
